For over 16 years, Brazilian native Waltervelt has dedicated himself to crafting a sound that cuts through the noise. His deeply original aesthetic blends heavy techno foundations with indie dance attitude, electro influences and a raw experimental edge.

His breakthrough came when Maceo Plex discovered his music and championed him as one of the leading talents shaping the Ellum Audio imprint. From there, Waltervelt’s trajectory exploded — including his internationally acclaimed EP “The Gang 89” on Diynamic Music, and a vinyl release on Systematic alongside icons like Carl Cox and Josh Wink for the label’s 20-year anniversary series.

From Tomorrowland Brasil and Warung Beach Club to Surreal Park, Caos, and Ame Club, Waltervelt has commanded major stages and toured across South America — earning a reputation as one of the most compelling Brazilian exports in underground dance music today.

Now, for the first time ever, he steps onto Australian soil to make his mark.
